Hi, I’m Kris!

I was born and raised in South Florida but fell in love with these mountains when I spent my summers here as a child. For the past 16 years, I have made my home in the Asheville area with my family well as our many goats, ducks, and chickens. I have spent the past two decades supporting children and families as an educator, caregiver, and doula. 

I am passionate about supporting families during every stage of their journey. My aim is to walk alongside you as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, offering education and empowerment to help you discover your unique path. My trauma-informed approach to care honors the diversity of human experience. I provide non-judgemental, evidence-based information to help you trust your intuition, listen to your body, and make decisions that are right for you and your family.
