No matter if you are a first-time parent or have given birth several times, I am here to accompany you on your journey. I will meet you where you are, providing support and education to help you navigate the intensity of the birth experience, listen to your intuition, and feel safe and empowered.

How I Support You

    • Complimentary initial consultation

    • Up to three prenatal meetings

    • Mental, physical, and emotional preparation for birth

    • Discussion of birth and newborn preferences

    • Assistance in building a birth plan

    • Discussion of comfort measures and coping strategies

    • Phone and email support throughout pregnancy

    • Connection to community resources (birth educators, chiropractors, lactation consultants, birth photographers)

    • On-call, 24/7 availability two weeks before and after your estimated delivery date

    • Continuous presence for the duration of labor

    • Comfort measures and coping strategies

    • Doula bag tools: essential oils, hot and cold packs, massage oils and lotions, tens machine, and more

    • Information and answers to your questions

    • Support for self-advocacy and medical decision making

    • Support and relief for your birth partner

    • 2-3 hours of immediate postpartum support

    • Initial breastfeeding assistance and coaching

    • Phone and email support

    • A home visit within the first two weeks

Pricing

$1,250 for Birth Support only
$1,500 for Birth Support + 10 hrs. Postpartum Support
